I have taken seven sessions with a FatShe in Navi Mumbai and recovered with the knee injury healing which I got while playing football. I went with home visits to save my time and money for the reasonable rate given by the physiotherapist assigned to me. My body responded very quickly within 3 days of sessions and could find 50% relief on the third day. Total sessions I have taken was 7 and then subsequent exercises suggested by them.

She has been very practical and trying out various things in the body movement and understanding and taken me from the pain with the self decision making and interacting with me and the total number of sessions I took was 45. I am now totally released of my discomfort and the pain I have been suffering for 2 years. I am following the exercises suggested by her and overall helping me develop immunity against the pain.
